Term	Definition
"Services"	All Amoza products, platform, APIs, documentation, and support
"User"	Any individual or entity accessing the Services
"Customer"	User with an active paid subscription
"Content"	Any data, information, or material uploaded to the Services
"Platform"	The Amoza software platform and all 36 products

3. Account Terms

- You must provide accurate registration information

- You are responsible for maintaining account security

- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

- One person or entity per account (no shared accounts)

- You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Service Terms

- We provide Services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis

- We may update features and functionality from time to time

- We will provide reasonable notice for material changes

- Free tier usage is subject to fair use limitations

- Enterprise terms may be governed by separate agreements

5. Your Data

- You own all Content you upload to the Services

- You grant us a limited license to process your Content for service delivery

- We will not access your Content except as required to provide the Services

- Your Content is governed by our Privacy Policy and data processing terms

- Upon account termination, we will provide data export for 30 days

6. API & Developer Terms

- API usage is subject to rate limits and fair use policies

- API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly

- Marketplace apps must comply with our developer guidelines

- We may suspend API access for abuse or policy violations

7. Payment Terms

- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually)

- Prices may change with 30 days' written notice

- Refunds are handled per our refund policy

- Non-payment may result in service suspension after notice

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system

- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code

- Scrape, crawl, or collect data without authorization

- Resell access without a partner agreement

- Interfere with or disrupt the Services

9. Intellectual Property

- Amoza retains all rights to the platform and Services

- Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses

- Your feedback may be used to improve Services (no obligation)

- Trademarks and logos may not be used without written permission

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amoza shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

- Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice

- We may suspend service for material breach

- Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days

- Sections on IP, liability, and governing law survive termination

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Hanoi, Vietnam, unless otherwise agreed in an enterprise agreement.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
