Land with one line, prove the plan against yours, then expand. Every step is paid, scoped and measured against targets agreed up front.
Planning Readiness Assessment
We inventory your planning data (MES, ERP, yield / bin databases, planner spreadsheets), map the current planning process and quantify a value hypothesis for your site. A fab that is not ready is told so early.
8–12-week pilot on one production line
aPlanner is deployed on-prem or in a private cloud against one line’s real data, read-only connectors first. Target KPIs (planning cycle time, forecast accuracy, schedule feasibility) are agreed up front and measured side by side with your current plan.
Starter subscription
If the pilot meets its targets, it converts into a Starter subscription for the site, with a path to multi-site Professional and, as the MAKE roadmap matures, aMonitor.

Korean on-site support
Founder and engineers on site in Gyeonggi / Chungcheong during the pilot; support in Korean, within an hour of the Yongin–Pyeongtaek cluster.

Pilot-program pricing on the assessment and first subscription year, locked in before general availability.
Data stays in your fab
On-premise or private-cloud deployment, air-gapped option, read-only connectors first. No production data leaves the site.
Published results, your approval
Pilot KPIs will be published on this page only with the partner’s written approval and only as measured in the pilot.
