The first three hires
Planned roles, opened after incorporation and gated on the first pilot. Engineering capacity beyond these roles comes from the Amoza AI engineering partner in Vietnam.
Planning-domain engineer
Turn fab planning knowledge into constraints, scenarios and KPIs; work with planners on the first Korean pilot; shape aPlanner’s scheduling and simulation modules.
MES-integration engineer
Build and operate the read-only connectors to in-house MES, SAP ERP, yield / bin databases and Excel; deploy aPlanner on-premise inside the fab network.
Korean business development / customer success
Run readiness assessments and pilot relationships with Korean fabs, suppliers and OSATs; manage Korean SI / MES partners; Korean government AI-factory programs.
